Dr William Ford-Young

MBChB, FRCGP, DRCOG, DipGUM, Dip,PH

After qualifying in Liverpool in 1984, Dr Ford-Young worked in Macclesfield Hospital completing posts in surgery, general medicine, care of the elderly, casualty, obstetrics & gynaecology, psychiatry and paediatrics before setting up in general practice in 1989.

As well as general medicine, Dr Ford-Young has special interests in Sexual Health & HIV, Managing Drug Users and Dementia.

Dr Ian Collyer

BA (Oxon), BM, BCh, MRCGP.

After qualifying in Oxford in 1996, Dr Collyer worked in hospitals throughout Manchester and Cheshire before travelling to New Zealand where he worked in Accident and Emergency.

On his return, he became a partner at Broken Cross Surgery in 2002 with a specialist interest in Minor Surgery, Ear Nose and Throat medicine, IT and non-surgical Cosmetics.

He is married with two children and, when not in the surgery, enjoys being on top of mountains!

Dr Christian Wesser

STATE EXAM MED, 1966, JENA, DFFP

After qualifying in Germany in 1996, Dr Wesser worked in hospitals throughout the North West of England completing posts in surgery, general medicine, obstetrics & gynaecology, psychiatry and accident & emergency.

He joined Broken Cross Surgery as a salaried Doctor in December 2003.
