Alongside the rest of the Practice Team, I am responsible for coordinating the Practice behind the scenes.

Working in the NHS can often be challenging, but we aim to provide care in the best way possible, delivering services that patients need at times that will suit most people.

Practice Nurse

Claire joined the Practice in May 2006.  She spent many years dealing with critically ill patients in ICU/HDU, with various problems including general surgery, trauma, orthopaedics and general medicine. 

Claire helps support/manage patients with CHD (Coronary Heart Disease), Hypertension and Diabetes.

Reception

Our reception staff are your first point of call for help and advice.  They are highly trained and will treat you very professionally. A brief explanation of the type of service you need from us will help them direct you to the most appropriate person'.  Receptionists are bound by the same confidentiality rules as the clinical staff.

Practice Administration

Secretaries and Administration

Our secretarial and administration staff deal with all aspects of patient correspondence (referrals, referral queries, private medical reports, etc).   The highly experienced team manage patient data and ensure all patient information is kept up-to-date and well maintained.  Administration staff are bound by the same confidentiality rules as the clinical staff
