Isobel Chetwood is responsible for the overall management and smooth running of the practice. She will be able to help you with any administrative problems you may have with the way the practice is run and is supported by a team of administrative and secretarial staff.

The Medical Receptionists

The Medical Receptionists man the front desk and manage appointments for all of the Team. They will help you arrange an appointment with the appropriate person, deal with prescription requests, sick notes and many other duties. Their job is very demanding so we ask that you please be patient.

All our Medical Receptionists hold the AMSPAR Diploma. Cathy Eifflaender and Carole Buckley bothhave Basic Sign Language skills – Please ask at Reception is you would find this helpful.
